You can do an advanced search and select what level you are or simply click on the level shown in a recipe you are viewing. I'm not really sure on what the guideline should be but I know that it is nice for brewers that are just starting out to find a recipe that would be simple. Of course, I'm no expert...so I don't even know what would classify as that I would love to hear input on this from everyone.
