Back by popular demand, our original "Wild Dog Release" is back, and this time it's for good.  Double Dog Double Pale Ale is a generously hopped ale with a deep red color and pours with a nice frothy head.  The abundance of hops will conjure some provocative aromas with hints of raisins and citrus.

Hops: Columbus, Millenium, Cascade
Process: Double recipe of Pale Ale dry hopped with an insane amount of Cascade and Columbus hops.

The aroma is a nice floral hoppiness with a hint of citrus. You can definably smell the Cascade hops. The hops do a wonderful job of covering up the alcohol smell. When poured, the appearance is a little foggy Amber-Red that has a nice small off-white head. There is a good consistency to the cloudiness. The flavor I love. It's got a strong hop flavor that taste just like an IPA is suppose to taste.

"People asked for an over-the-top hoppy beer and Flying Dog delivered."

The palate on the other hand is very strong. Has an extreme hop after taste that is little bitter. The hops do a more then expected job to cover up all the alcohol.

Overall this is a wonderful beer. I don't think I could drink this all night but it is definable a beer that would start off with. If you like IPA's you will love this! I will be buying a case of this very soon. :)
