" By far the biggest dog in the yard... Horn Dog Barley Wine is a dark and malty English-style Barley Wine that is aged for a minimum of three months before being packaged. Like a fine wine, this beer will only get better with age when stored at optimum conditions."

This beer was meant to be savored. The aroma gives a high malty smell with a hint of deep fruit; Ryan said Rhubarb, but Ryan smokes crack. This beer is creamy on the palate and powerful to the taste. The taste is so extreme that it caused NastyNate to exclaim... "Damn, I love a nice, warm mouthful of this!"... leaving Steve, Ryan and I to harmoniously note "That's what she said."

Although not sampled with a dessert, I think it would pair excellently.
