ABC takes on their version of the pale ale with the making of the Purist Pale Ale.  Within its light copper color, this brew is heavy on the hops while balanced with a slight maltiness.  A hiker is considered a 'purist hiker' on the Appalachian Trail if he/she doesn't miss a step on the trail.  ABC puts as much dedication into this brew as those hikers do to the trail.
