We are the brew engineers. You may ask what that means, what we actually know about brewing, and possibly what engineering has to do with brewing all together. Well it is your lucky day, because we will tell you more than you ever wanted to know....

Throughout our spectrum of experiences in higher education, many of us here at brewengineer.com actually obtained engineering degrees. More importantly, we all; just as many of you have, became infested with a love of beer. Since that first sweet drop, we seem to have mastered the art of drinking it, and also drinking too much of it. As our weekend acts were forced to gradually mature, we traded our beer bongs for brew kits...and not so long ago decided to dabble in the art of brewing.

Here we are, a bunch of guys with a common interest in good beers, and having fun. With our combined knowledge and backgrounds, we have developed an accurate system to review beers, recipes, and eateries. This site was developed with the intention that this community of beer enthusiasts would share thoughts and opinions to help make that next beer or homebrew recipe selection a little more enjoyable, or even provide an excuse to break away from that one, much too familiar beer.

We may have only been engineering our homebrews for a short time, but we have made and tasted some very delicious beers and recipes along the way…

We want to share them with you.
