Brewery Brewery: Guinness Brewing Worldwide (DIAGEO) originally "Desnoes & Geddes"Brewery Homepage: http://www.redstripebeer.com Brew Information Year Released: 1928Recommended Temp: 30 - 40 Alcohol by Volume (%): 4.700 Lovibond Color Color:
Red Stripe, a great beer brewed originally on the island of Jamaica, now easily recognized on every corner of the world. The stout and simple bottle is “only the best bottle for my beer” as Red Stripe believes this is one Caribbean treasure worth protecting. The Jamaican Lager which may be described as somewhat light, packs a tremendous flavor of sugar cane and molasses. Although the aroma may be slightly lacking, the taste more than compensates. This bold lager offers a unique sort of refreshment which may be easily enjoyed during the dead cold of winter, as well as in the mid day summer heat.
