First and foremost brewengineer would like to thank Flying Dog Brewery for sending us some wonderful samples of their brews. I must say Flying Dog is a favorite of brewengineer. Their style and dedication inspires all of us to strive for excellence; and most importantly have fun doing it. Flying Dog Brewery sets the standard for the type of styles they brew.
